Catalog Complexity: Most of the ASINs were not merged properly, and the listing quality score was low.
Keyword Gaps: There listings had ranking potential, but they were misused keywords. They were not using high Search volume search terms in their titles, bullets, Desctription or backend.
SEO & CRO Opportunities: Listings lacked premium images, A/B testing, and content focused on conversions. This hurt both organic ranking and conversion rates.

Catalog Audit & Prioritization: We started with the top ASIN and then directed our efforts towards these ASINs for optimizing them first,s for fixing their issues
Keyword Strategy: We conducted keyword research using the latest tools, such as Amazon Brand Analytics, Amazon Opportunity Explorer, Helium 10, and DataDive, to develop comprehensive keyword Search Terms.
Optimized Listings: Each prioritized listing has well written copy, effective back end keywords, and optimized images for A/B Testing.
Ongoing A/B Testing: We increased A/B testing of CTR and CVR of different product types.
